A strength-meets-sensuality class designed to take you from grounded flow to gravity-defying feats. In this class, we’ll explore low-flying acrobatics, dynamic transitions, and fluid floorwork techniques that blend power, grace, and control.

A$$Claps + Spins with NatsHoney

Intro - Level 1 - 2 / Bring your backside, behind, bottom, bum, butt, derriere, and fanny! In this class, we squeeze + spin on our peachy rears, using Pole Spins to transition from floor to pole and back again. All the while creating a fun, engaging mini-class routine.
