SU Wellness seminars

connect with your peers

We host several of these online events a year.

Check our events schedule for our next one.

Join Selena and Mari De Luna for our ongoing SWer Wellness Circle, where you can be in community with fellow workers in a virtual space that centers bodily autonomy and self-determination. We practice co-regulation in these gatherings while we challenge current anti sex work narratives that impact mental, physical, and spiritual wholeness.

You'll be welcomed into a judgment-free space where our voices are uplifted, and everyone is treated with respect.

Community Agreements

Shared expertise & wisdom:

Everyone brings their own lived experience to the conversation. We all gain from and respect each other’s various expertise.

Collective liberation:

Overcoming oppression aids everyone’s liberation. It is our responsibility to challenge different forms of prejudice. We educate in the spirit of solidarity and hold each other accountable without engaging in personal attacks or antagonism.

Listen like allies and co-conspirators:

We respect a wide diversity of choices and perspectives, even when we disagree, and we don’t judge or invalidate other people’s experiences.

Confidentiality:

What's shared here stays here. The tools we learn and the community we build here can continue on. Folks are invited to share personal experiences during our meetings. Please treat personal shares as gifts, but refrain from sharing personal details outside of our space.

Privacy Note: We love it when our members invite fellow SWers to join the group. Contact selena@strippersunited.org if you plan to bring a friend. Please refrain from sharing the Zoom link with non-SWers.

Your Questions, Answered

You can register at any time.

If you fill out our intake form, you will be added to our wellness seminar list of contacts and receive direct emails about when our next event is.

  • "Colonization taught us our bodies were resources to be extracted. Body autonomy is the ongoing act of saying: I am not a resource. I am the source. In order to this work together, we must dismantle harmful purity-morality cultures of white supremacy that use criminalization of the exploration of consciousness and sensuality as a tool of oppression and control"
